How long does shipping take across West & East Malaysia?
Standard lenses ship from our KL Central Optical Hub via J&T Express / Pos Laju. West Malaysia takes 1~2 working days (Free shipping over RM100), East Malaysia takes 2~4 working days.
Can I order different powers for my left and right eyes?
Yes! Every product allows independent selection of OD (Right Eye) and OS (Left Eye) diopters from 0.00D up to -10.00D at zero extra customization cost.
What is the 7-day comfort exchange policy?
If you experience any dryness or diopter mismatch, contact our optical advisors within 7 days. We will adjust your power and exchange the unopened boxes free of charge.
